New USCIS Tool to Update Addresses
This month, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) launched a new Enterprise Change of Address (E-COA) self-service tool to allow customers with pending applications to update their address with USCIS more easily.

Family Reunification Parole Process News
In other news, The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced a new family reunification parole process for certain nationals of Ecuador, similar to the parole processes in place for Colombia, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, and Honduras.
These processes allow an eligible beneficiary whose Form I-130 is already approved to be considered for parole into the United States on a case-by-case basis while they wait for their family-based immigrant visa to become available. Qualifying beneficiaries must be outside the United States, meet all requirements, and must not have already received an immigrant visa. Let us know if you have any questions about your potential eligibility.
